Summary

Financial inclusion is a rather hot topic not just in the Kingdom of Cambodia but in the region. In Cambodia alone, it is estimated that more than 90% of the population take the loan for different purposes. When the majority of the population involved, the subject matter becomes increasingly important for people to understand. The campaign aims to to understand more on people’s previous experience in taking the loan or using financial services. Under this project, we provided support to ACCOIN and its partners on IVR solution to help them connect with Cambodian client easier.
