The iLab Southeast Asia, with funding support from The Swedish Program for ICT in Developing Regions (SPIDER), is hosting an innovation camp (aka iCamp), a day-long event that helps you learn how to rapidly design and prototype ICT4D solutions into your program implementation.
The Khmer Writing App was developed out of an InSTEDD iLab iCamp to address low country-wide reading and writing scores among young children. Since its creation, one school has had several months to test and experience the benefits of using this educational, entertaining teaching aid.
